The largest Trussardi plan: two bedrooms and a sea-facing living room, finished throughout by Trussardi Casa. From AED 1,800,000.
The Trussardi two-bedroom is the top of the collection and the largest apartment plan at Mira Ocean Estates. Two bedrooms open off a living, dining and kitchen volume on the Arabian Sea aspect, which is room enough for a family to stay together, or for an owner to keep one bedroom and give the other to guests.
Space is where the Trussardi Casa interior shows best. The collection's balanced proportions, warm woods, natural stone and Italian leather have more room to run across two bedrooms and a full living area, and the result is the most complete version of the Milanese scheme in the community. The house supplies all of it, linens for both beds and tableware for a full table included, before handover in Q4 2028.
The price, from AED 1,800,000, is AED 700,000 above the Trussardi one-bedroom. What that buys is less about letting than about living: this is the Trussardi plan built for a household rather than a visit, and the one that lets to families arriving for the khareef rather than to couples.
Beyond it the community changes type. Neither collection has a three-bedroom apartment, so a buyer who outgrows this plan moves to the townhouses or villas, which are priced on request. Alongside it sits the Richmond two-bedroom at the same starting price, with John Richmond's more graphic interior in place of Trussardi Casa's.
Investment case
The two-bedroom is the one Trussardi plan with room for more than a couple. It carries the collection's full interior across two bedrooms and a living room, and it is the largest apartment the community sells.
With two bedrooms and a complete living and dining room, this plan shows the Trussardi Casa register at its widest: warm woods, stone and Italian leather in every room, all supplied and fitted by the house.
The second bedroom gives an owner somewhere to put visiting family or friends without surrendering the main bedroom, which is what makes the plan workable as a home rather than a holiday base.
A family coming for the June to September khareef needs two bedrooms, and finds the beach, the central pool and the playgrounds on site. The hotel's rental management can place the residence with them while the owner is away.
Above AED 1,800,000 the community moves to townhouses and villas. The two-bedroom is the most space available in an apartment here, and like the smaller Trussardi plans it arrives furnished and ready at handover.
Every residence at Mira Ocean Estates is handed over turnkey. The package is specified by the design partner and installed before the keys are issued.

In detail
Both bedrooms are finished to the same scheme as the main room, so neither reads as the spare. The house's contemporary Milanese character, balanced proportions in warm woods, natural stone and fine Italian leather, is more noticeable across three rooms than in one, and the two-bedroom is the plan in which a buyer sees the whole of it. The package covers linens for both beds and tableware for a full table, which matters in a plan intended for more than two people at once.
It suits three kinds of buyer. A family relocating to Salalah that wants hotel servicing without the upkeep of a house. An owner who spends the khareef here and wants a room for children or grandparents who visit. And a buyer letting to groups, where two bedrooms under one front door appeal to a family that would otherwise book two hotel rooms. For a single owner, or a couple letting by the night, the one-bedroom or the studio will do the same job for less.
The step up from the Trussardi one-bedroom is AED 700,000, the largest gap between any two plans in the collection. It buys one more bedroom and a larger living volume, and nothing else changes: the package, the servicing and the title are identical. Pay it when the second room will be used through the year, by family or a settled household. For an owner who visits for a season and lets the rest of the time, the one-bedroom usually carries the same use at a lower price.
The two-bedroom is the last step before the community changes type. The twenty townhouses are family-scale homes with private outdoor space, and their bedroom counts and prices are released on application, so a direct comparison needs a quote. What the apartment keeps is the Trussardi Casa interior, which belongs to the apartment collection, and a smaller residence to look after while the owner is away. What the townhouse adds is ground of its own.
At the starting price the booking instalment is AED 180,000, and the same falls due at SPA signing. Stages of AED 90,000 follow at six and twelve months and AED 180,000 at eighteen and twenty-four months, so AED 900,000 is paid while the building rises and AED 900,000 at handover in Q4 2028. Registration adds a 3% transfer fee, AED 54,000 at that price. The Expression of Interest that opens the process is AED 55,000.
The two-bedroom's floor area, its bathroom count and the floors on which the plan sits have not been released. A buyer weighing it against a townhouse will want all three, so ask for them together with the current price and availability of the specific Trussardi two-bedroom, and keep the answer in writing. Nothing on this page estimates them, and the spec strip above will show them once the developer publishes the schedule.
