Every room in this collection is specified, supplied and fitted by Trussardi Casa, the interiors arm of a Milan house dating from 1911 — handed over complete, facing the Arabian Sea.

The whole interior, not a selection of pieces. Furniture, lighting, the kitchen and its appliances, the linens and the tableware are specified by the house, made in Italy, and installed before the keys are issued.
The material register is restrained: natural stone, layered textures, and a palette drawn from the shoreline the residences face rather than imposed on it. Against a sea aspect that is a deliberate choice — the room defers to the outlook.
Three plans: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. Studios start at AED 550,000, one-bedrooms at AED 1,100,000 and two-bedrooms at AED 1,800,000. There is no three-bedroom plan in the collection; above the two-bedroom, Mira Ocean Estates moves to townhouses and villas.
Floor areas have not been released and are confirmed on application.
The alternative collection in the same community is the Richmond Residences, designed by John Richmond — the same turnkey contract and specification level, a sharper and more graphic interior line. Further design partners are stated as joining the project but have not been named.
Investment case
The argument for this collection is not the label on the hoarding. It is that a Milanese house has already made every interior decision, so the residence arrives finished, on freehold title, facing the sea.
Trussardi Casa specifies and supplies the room itself rather than licensing a name to it. Every Trussardi residence carries the same Italian-made furniture, lighting, kitchen and linens, whichever plan is bought.
Because tableware, appliances and beds are installed before the keys are issued, a Trussardi owner can move in, host family or hand the residence to the rental programme in Q4 2028, without a fit-out quarter.
The Trussardi studio is the lowest published price into freehold at Mira Ocean Estates, and it receives the same Trussardi Casa specification as the two-bedroom. An Expression of Interest is placed with AED 55,000.
Hawana Salalah is an Integrated Tourism Complex, so under Royal Decree 29/2018 a buyer of any nationality holds a Trussardi residence on freehold title, with no local partner or nominee involved.

In detail
Trussardi was founded in Milan in 1911, and Trussardi Casa is its home division — the part of the house that makes furniture and interiors rather than clothing. At Mira Ocean Estates it is the design partner for one of the two apartment collections, and the collection carries its name: Trussardi Residences, Mira Ocean Estates. Trussardi also appears on the list of brand partners across the wider Mira Developments portfolio, which the developer has built since 2023 on the principle that a design house, not the buyer, furnishes the residence.
The stated character is contemporary Milanese: balanced proportions, warm woods, natural stone and fine Italian leather. In practice that reads as calm rather than decorative. Surfaces are tactile, the colours are taken from sand and water, and nothing competes with the window. For an owner deciding between the two collections, this is the quieter of the pair — the one that suits a buyer who wants the Arabian Sea to be the strongest thing in the room, and guests who want a residence that feels settled rather than styled.
The studio is a single sea-facing volume and the plan most often bought to let. The one-bedroom separates sleeping from living without breaking the sea aspect across the main room, and with the studio it is the plan best matched to professional rental management. The two-bedroom is the largest apartment in the community and the first that works as a household rather than a seasonal address. All three receive an identical Trussardi Casa package; the difference between them is space and use, never finish.
An Expression of Interest of AED 55,000 holds the chosen Trussardi plan. After that, half the price is spread across construction — a tenth on booking, another tenth when the sales and purchase agreement is signed forty-five days on, then smaller stages at the six, twelve, eighteen and twenty-four month marks — and the second half waits for handover in Q4 2028. Registration of title attracts a 3% transfer fee, and a written opinion from Omani counsel on the agreement is worth commissioning before signing.
A Trussardi owner who lives elsewhere for most of the year is provided for. The 130-key hotel inside the community supplies concierge, housekeeping, on-call maintenance and professional rental management, with the owner programme's terms confirmed on application. Salalah International Airport is twenty-five minutes away. Ownership may also qualify a buyer for Omani residency, in tiers from a renewable two-year property-owner permit up to ten-year investor residency depending on the investment; get your tier confirmed in writing.
