How to read it

Twenty per cent falls within the first forty-five days. A further thirty per cent is spread across four instalments to month twenty-four. Half the price is deferred to completion.

For a buyer weighing exposure rather than headline price, the first two lines are the decision: AED 110,000 commits a studio, AED 220,000 a one-bedroom, AED 360,000 a two-bedroom.

Figures above are computed from the published percentages and starting prices. Villa and townhouse pricing has not been published; the same percentages apply to whatever price is agreed.
