Hawana Salalah
Hawana Salalah is Oman’s largest integrated tourism destination — hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail, water activities and a superyacht marina, all connected by lagoons and waterways on the Arabian Sea coast of the Dhofar region.
Mira Ocean Estates sits inside it, on the beach at the eastern end. That matters for a buyer in a specific way: the surrounding infrastructure already exists and already trades, rather than arriving in a later phase.
Khareef · June to September
The Middle East’s greenest coast
Every year from June to September the monsoon brings mist, rain and green vegetation to the mountains around Salalah. Seasonal waterfalls run, the hills turn green, and the region becomes one of the greenest areas in the Middle East — in the months when the rest of the Gulf is at its most punishing.
It draws more than a million visitors a year, staying an average of 5.6 nights. That is the basis of the rental case, and the reason demand here has a shape no other Omani market has.

Dhofar
The coast either side of the community

The Dhofar coast, where the escarpment meets the Arabian Sea: coconut groves and creeks along the coastal plain, largely undeveloped beaches between the headlands, and retail, cafés and dining along the Hawana Salalah waterfront minutes from the community.
Connected, not remote
Twenty-five minutes from the airport
Salalah International Airport is twenty-five minutes from the community, and 15 airlines connect it with 17 direct destinations. Muscat is around an hour and a half by air; Dubai around two.
Hawana Salalah city centre is ten minutes away, and Taqah — the coastal town east of Salalah — thirteen.
