Mira Developments builds branded residences in collaboration with global lifestyle houses — among them Bentley Home, Trussardi, ELIE SAAB, Gianfranco Ferré, John Richmond, Dolce&Gabbana Casa, ETRO Home and Jacob & Co. Its portfolio spans Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, with projects in Tbilisi and Andermatt.

The consistent proposition across all of it is turnkey delivery: residences handed over fully furnished, with the interior specified and installed by the partner house rather than left as an allowance or a supplier list. An owner takes possession of a finished home.

At Mira Ocean Estates that model is applied to Oman for the first time. Twenty-eight buildings on 9.3 hectares of Arabian Sea beachfront in Hawana Salalah hold 222 apartments, 21 villas and 20 townhouses alongside a 130-key five-star hotel, a medical wellness centre and spa, and a waterfront beach club. Interiors come from Trussardi Casa and John Richmond, with further design partners stated as joining.

Handover is Q4 2028, on a 50 / 50 payment plan.
