The beach club sits alongside the private beach, at the edge of the community. It is the social centre of a plan organised around its water frontage rather than around an internal courtyard.
Like the rest of the amenity set, it is run off the hotel operation — which is what lets it hold hotel service standards rather than the intermittent staffing a residents-only facility usually gets.
