Why an ITC address rather than a district

Hawana Salalah is an Integrated Tourism Complex, and under Royal Decree 29/2018 that is the mechanism by which a non-GCC national can hold Omani freehold at all. The city's ordinary residential districts — Awqad, Al Dahariz, Al Saada, Ittin — are not open to foreign freehold purchase.

The exact plot boundary and unit positions are disclosed on enquiry.
